Q.

can I have beer or wine? I'm a breastfeeding mother of 3.5 months old baby. in what quantity I can have? and when can I breast feed. i have seen many moms coming to their normal life after 40 days of postpartum.

A. my advice will be no to have beer or wine.. as you are lactating mother you must take care of your diet.. have healthy and balanced diet.. keep your self well hydrated.. exclusively breast feed till six months..

Q. #asktheexpert Hey, today I had 600ml beer and after two hours of drinking my 3.5 months old baby woke up and asked for milk (she is not accepting bottle feed at all). So I felt helpless and fed her through breast. Now m worried. (I am an occasional drinker, can say once in 15 days) only from may I started drinking. Till may I was not drinking at all.
