NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello yes yogurt is a healthy option which you can be giving your child and it would be better to always give fresh one on a daily basis and avoid flavoured your good as it is just not the natural flavors used and can contain preservatives also
