keep variety in fruits and vegetables to get maximum benefit of vitamins and minerals for kids

You can start by giving half avocado, and if the baby digest it easily, then you can make it a full avocado. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc.
