Q.

can I give water to my 6 month of baby...? We use tap water how can I give it to him..?

A. Till 1 year, there us no need to give much water to the baby as their main food still remains milk. If needed, you can give 140-200 ml of water per day. Till 1-2 years, it is best to give pre boiled lukewarm water to the baby, even if it is filtered, RO or tap water. It will help in warding off any kind of water borne infections.
