can i give water chestnut puree to my baby ?? he ll turn 7months in 10 days???

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear ma’am, when did you start solids? You can introduce water chestnuts little later and not now. For now give him easily digestible, local and traditional foods. And introduce one new food item at a time
