can I give vi-syneral drops to my 2 week old baby. his birth weight is 2.7 kg. it has not increased in last 2 weeks. he appears very skinny

Hi Maybe the breastfeeding is not sufficient to start giving formula feeding to the child for healthy Veg and do not give any medicine or supplement to the child without consulting your doctor if you want to start with anything you first talk to your doctor
