Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. yes you can give upma made from the finest rava which is chiroti rava. font add too many spices and vegetables. just add a bit of carrot and peas or beans finely chopped. cook it really soft and feed it to the baby. add a quarter teaspoon of ghee in the end.
