please start with easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
you can give properly cook rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma
please don't force feed your child
please start with one table spoon
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
