can i give tomato,carrot and beet puree?

A. Generally Any liquids or semisolids or Solids are advisable only after six months. Until then exclusive breastfeeding or formula alone is good for baby (not even water) as their digestive system will be still sensitive and immature.
After six months u should start the purees one by one following the two day gap rule between introducing new foods. Carrot puree is easily digestible. Beets can be started around eight or nine months.Tomatoes are acidic and can be harsh on baby's delicate tummy. So it's better to avoid tomatoes atleast until ten to twelve months of age.
