Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. not useful ok. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe

Bonnisan is the right medicine to be given the medicine that you mentioned is basically an antiallergic and that’s given due to the time of cold and normal congestion to the child so it would be advisable that you do not give an anti-allergic for this stomach pain that your child is having
