can I give supplementary food for my 4 months old baby...if yes..please suggest me for baby food for 4 months old..

A. It is recommended to introduce semi solid foods in baby's diet only after 5-6 months as by then their immunity and digestive system develop for outside foods. You can wait for a month more before you feed foods like lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc. Till then give only breastmilk Or formula milk.
