can I give sugar and salt to my 7 month old baby?

Hello ma’am See I must tell you that I’m not a paediatrician say no to use all these things in the food but my paediatrician told me to start using salt sugar and turmeric from the six month itself and to introduce chilli powder after eight months of age so I did the exactly the same and I didn’t feel there was any harm to the child so with my personal experience I can advise you to start with it as per your choice
