Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello! If it is already ripened, then I don’t think there is any need to boil it. Just give it straight. Gradually include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables in your child’s daily diet. Continue with breastfeeding.
