Hello ma’am Yes you can give all the vegetables to your child and all the fruits available in the market and in fact I would like to tell you that spinach is very very good you can give it. And if you’re looking forward for a recipe for any particular thing then it would be best to please search it on Google because you will get good amount of recipes there
