can I give spinach juice to baby?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist6 days agoA. Namaste Mom Yes you can but make sure the spinach is washed well and blanched or steamed and then made a puree or soup avoid raw juice to the baby as of now

Yeah spinach juice if you want you can give there is no problem in fact if you add some tomato and carrot and Gooseberry into that then you are going to make a very healthy juice especially in winter so try to go for something which is much healthier only over spinach juice
