can i give solids to my baby before 6 months if she is interested in food

A. hello actually you baby is completed 5 month completely you can start of with one time feed if your baby is able to eat and digest always start of with semi solid kind of food items like Ragi porridge t cerelac khichdi Pongal just try to give soft food items
