Can I give sabja seeds along with multiple cereals to 8 months old baby

Yes you can give sabja with normal water,lemon water ,curd or any topping on porridges,cerelac . As sabja helps in controlling body heat best in day time to cool down body. Avoid evening ,nights and every day weekly twice/thrice is suggested.
