can I give renz or relent(phenylephrine hydrochloride 5mg chlorpheniramine malate 2mg) for my 1.8 year old baby 5ml in afternoon

A. 5ML is way much on the higher side if you are not much aware about the medicine and the dosage I would advise you to kindly check with your doctor one time before you decide to give any medicine to the child
