You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana...
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello give baby ripen papaya which should be helpful.. Also ypu can give ragi and you can be giving your child home made cerelac and also fruits and vegetables puree which are all HEALTHY and nutritious for the growth of your child which is better
