can I give Ragi malt to my 1 and half year old son at night, before going to bed? he refuses to drink plain milk.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yes can give.. no worries. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. Dinner to be offered approximately 2 hours before bed time.

But what is the time that you are willing to give food to the child because sleeping time in Fort I have at least you should have at least one hour of gap on the minimum side otherwise they could be indigestion and vomiting if you maintaining that gap then you can give it to The Chai
