You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana...
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi..ragi is good source of calcium for babies and it is also a good early food. u may give ragi one time in a day and try other varieties of food like suji, kheer, sweet potatoes, booked vegetables, soup etc.
