Veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli, sweet potatoes, okra, bottle gaurd, peas, squash, zucchini, yam, green banana. fruits such as apple, pear, banana, plum, peach,chikoo, papaya, apricot , banana,and avocado. Avoid giving oranges, strawberry, raspberry, grapes,blue berries, black berry are highly acidic and can cause an upset stomach and rashes in the diaper area or even on baby’s back or face. all these can be given after one year.
