shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children8 years agoA. your child doesn't have the ability to grind food down into pieces small enough to prevent choking. When you do give your child popcorn, let him eat only the fluffy stuff. Unpopped and half-popped kernels can get caught in your child's throat and block his airway
