Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivcitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

Only After the age of two years not before that because it is very very important for you to know that any DHA approve supplement can only be given to the child after the age of two years not before that so please just stick to that as of now you can give turmeric milk to the child if you want to
