Can I give Pegday syrup for constipation for 10 months baby? she is passing hard stool since 15 days. no home remedies are working for her. doctor suggested for Pegday syrup 12.5 ml twice a day for 5 days.

Author of questionGuardian of a 1 yr 6 m old girl8 months agoA. 12.5 ml in the morning and again 12.5 ml at night . this is what the doctor has prescribed for 5 days. also castor oil 5ml at night. is it too much for a 10 month old?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl8 months agoA. 12.5 ML you want to give one time or what I’m not understanding that lakh should be given if a child is having constipation but with what you mentioned right now seems like due to dehydration in the body there is no need to give any laxative right now
