can i give paracetamol to my 2 years old baby after giving him first dose he vomit

No there is no need of giving any extra medication to the child when you given already one dose is even if your child has vomited the medicine would have started working on it soon so there is no requirement of giving any second doses to the child as of nowWrite Your Answer Here
