Can i give paracetamol T-98 drops to my baby empty stomach. She has 100.7 fever and is sleeping. She is 10months and weighs 9.5kg. Pls advise

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. yes you can give this medicine to the child and you will have to give 1.5 ml for fever and you can give paracetamol maximum 4 times per day and also to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature

Try giving a light sponge bath to reduce the intensity of the fever. If the fever is persistent even after paracetamol then consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
