Can i give paracetamol syrup along with homeopathy to control fever. It is for my 5 year old daughter. she is taking homeopathy for fever and cold. But fever is not reducing but also not high.

Follow the doctors instructions and continue with the prescribed medicines. Take a handful of coriander leaves wash add some water blend strain and give this water to the baby a couple of times a day. Place a wet napkin on the baby's forehead and keep changing it. Give plenty of water. Give easy to digest food like watery khichdi ragi porridge sooji daliya dal rice etc. Give enough rest as rest is best for fast recovery from fever
