Can I give paracetamol after 2 hour because my baby ka fever kam nahi Ho raha and raat ko doctor bhi available nahi hai

A. hi. do tepid sponging using normal room temprature water, it will help your baby to bring down fever. you may reoeat pcm drops in 4 to 6 hourly.
