can I give papaya milk shake my 7month old baby,?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. dear mum, avoid giving milk shake. it fills baby's small stomach and reduces the appetite for other food where as baby's stomach capacity is less but nutrient requirements are high. you should give mashed papaya or papaya puree.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. hello yes you can give papapya milkshake but do not use cows milk while you prepare it and it would be better to either mash papaya and give directly or you can give it on the form of papaya puree also which is more Healthy and nutritious
