can i give p125 drops to my 4 month old baby for vaccination fever?

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. my 4 month baby got vaccinated yesterday. she had fever. i was given her pyrigesic p 100 mg for 4 times, Today i was given her p125 drops 0.5m just 1 time onlyl. after 3 hours she started crying. what is the reason for that?

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dosed as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again requiredfd and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
