can I give omelet daily to my child .he is 15 month old

If Your child is happy eating it if your child is not having heat because of eating egg every day in summer season then of course you can give it but I would like to advise you that don’t give same thing every day one day you gave omelette the other day you get scrambled or sunny side up or you give boy if you keep changing the variety I think it will be a good change for the child as well
