Q.

Can i give nuts powder (badam,pista,cashew,walnut) to my baby?Is there any bloating issues? can I add little bit dried ginger and nutmeg to this powder?#AskTheExpert

A. definitely can give nuts powder n dry ginger n nutmeg powder in her food. Give three major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.

A. hi dear eight months, This Homemade nuts powder can be given to babies age eight months plus after introducing each nuts separate (one at a time) in paste or powdered form by adding to baby food. Once you introduced each nuts separate and ruled out allergies, try this nuts powder.
