A. hello sir I'm already using colicaid drops and no smile drops as my Pedriation advised but no improvement kindly help me

A. the baby is only two months of age he had to give exclusively breastfeeding to the baby till 6 months of age nothing else if baby is having digestive issues you can you neopeptine drops 0.5 ml 2 times a day
