POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. So experts recommend that you start with non-vegetarian foods by the 8 month. Your baby can technically digest non vegetarian food by 6 months but his kidneys aren't equipped to handle all that protein. Thus the wait till 8 months.
