ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. After completing one year you can Give all the eatables to your baby but take care to start with less Quantity so that baby does not get any complaints of indigestion

Yes you can give either of the two both are good at their own place is whatever is available to you you can go ahead with that as I like I said both of them are good at their own poses so whatever is available to you whatever feasible you would want to go ahead with you can go for either of them
