ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. yes you can . avoid excessive use. Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

Hi Give a healthy and balanced diet to baby which is fresh and homemade..You should give a healthy and balanced diet for baby's proper physical and mental development..Include foods from all food groups.like milk and milk products, pulses and grains, fruits and vegetables especially green leafy veggies,fish and eggs also give dry fruits like walnuts and almonds in powdered form. just avoid oily and spicy food and blend the food if required
