can I give my baby formula milk n pasturised packet milk together

No baby just four months old so you should not start giving outside milk at all. When mother’s milk is not sufficient for baby then the best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk so you should continue giving formula milk and don’t give outside milk till baby turns one year old.
