can I give my baby cerlax ...bcz he is feeling too hungry

If Which I was feeling too hungry that means your lactation is not sufficient you can go ahead with proper feeding for the child along with breastfeeding because the child is hungry then you’ll have to increase the amount of milk that you are giving that does not mean that you can start with semisolid food or cereals at this age
