Q.

Can i give my 8th month old son cow milk while travelling out station? I haven't introduced him to formula or cow milk until now. Since I am travelling for a month, I was wondering if I can give him cow milk as it is easily accessible. P.S. he is on solids as well.

A. Hai good evening !! Until one year avoid cow/buffalo/packet milk as they can't digest animals milk.. Introduce formula milk carry formula powder you can easily get warm water or can warm water and mix with powder. From 6 month onwards semi solids, milk either breastfeed or formula feed is suggested. If you're lactating then you can continue breastfeed also some places railway station, airports have nursing rooms for feeding mothers also using a dupatta, nursing dress you can Breast feed your baby.
