ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. don't avoid as it is mostly habit forming Early pacifier use might interfere with breast-feeding. pacifiers are believed to create “nipple confusion” — that is, they’re believed to interfere with breastfeeding, resulting in less weight gain.
