Can I give Mugli Ghutti 555 to my 5 months old baby?

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician7 years agoA. Don't use gripe water/janam gutti to ur baby It's of no use It may cause infection to baby Always better to avoid. No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed. Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age. It will help.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. hi avoid giving gripe water or janam ghutti to the baby. just give few minutes of tummy time and leg bicycling also helps release gases. apply hing or mamaearth tummy roll on and give bonnisan drops or gastica drops which has natural ingredients like dil and fennel oil once a day for good digestion

Chirag GuptaFather of a 7 yr 1 m old child7 years agoA. well.. mugli ghutti 555 is being used way before our country got it's independence.. since then million of babies had used it and no reported cases had been recorded for now.. But yes.. some babies are born allergic to some ingredients that maybe present in mg555.. that is only with less than 1% of babies and no harmful reactions had been caused.. simply discontinue if you feel baby is not comfortable... P.S. It is not harmful whereas found useful for millions.. you can give it a try
