can I give milk of magnesia to a and half years old baby boy for constipation

pragatiMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. if you are feeding him formula milk then plz change it and go for dexolac formula milk, it has fos which is good for babies all over development. Also it reduces indigestion, constipation problem and diarrhea too.
