can I give milk mixed with sugar to my daughter who is 2 year 2 months old

A. hello better to avoid sugar if possible and give milk or you can even and dry fruit powder as an alternative replace sugar with jaggery which also should be good but of the child is not taking then you can had small quantity which is not a problem
