ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, you may start by nit giving directly. keep in mind that you need to introduce fish and chicken in form soup first, than steamed, Boiled later..It is better to start with fish and then move to poultry. tc

Nope It is actually very heavy to be given to the child as of now your child will not be able to digest it and it is actually warm search I can also get loose motions or heat rash and because of that so avoid giving it up till the age of 2 to 2 1/2 years as of now you can go for a chicken and fish on regular basis
