ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. no, exclusively breast feed your baby till six months. afterwards start weaning foods. and when your child completes one year of age than you can start non veg diet and that too with soups like chicken soup, mutton soup later you can add soft well mashed pieces of it in soup and prefer home made soup for your child.

BF is recommended till 6 months. Then selectively food should be introduced one by one.
