NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello..Yes you can. It contains fibre and vitamin E, selenium, and iron. but good to freshly prepare the oats and then give rather going into instant masala oats as the fresh food is more healthy and nutritious than giving baby packed food on a daily basis
