Can I give Malabar Spinach to my daughter instead of Spinach while preparing Pumpkin Spinach purées?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician5 years agoA. hi you can give. you can give mix vegetable soups you can give green leafy vegetables but whenever you are starting with anything new start to give only few spoons just once in a day and then gradual increase the quantity
