Can I give Lion Australian rolled oats for my 7 months baby.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear parent, you should not give oats at 7 months. Oats is bulky so fills baby’s small stomach and reduces the appetite for other food whereas baby’s stomach capacity is less but energy requirements are high. You can give oats after 2 years. Right now, you can give daliya porridge or ragi porridge.
