can I give lanzol 14 mg to my 3.5 years old twice in day as she has acidity issue...already giving once daily in morning

Mam it’s not suitable for the child to be given without consulting your doctor because see the problem is that you have to find a solution to the problem for how long can you continue to give these medicines to the child figure out what is the reason behind the problem in the first place
